• If you are registering
after April 23,
please bring your form and payment with you. We may not receive
registrations mailed after that date, and we don't want you to have any
problems when you get to Dearborn.
We will confirm your registration in writing
as soon as we receive and enter it.

Registration Package
Our package provides each person's complete
registration for the NYC 2010 Annual Meeting. Individual parts of the
Registration Package will not be sold separately until after April 25,
and then only on a space-available basis.
The Registration Package -- $129.00/person before March 25;
$154.00/person after March 25 -- includes:
Friday, April 30:
- Tour of the Norfolk Southern (ex-Conrail, exx-New York Central)
Dearborn Dispatching Center, and of significant railroad sites in the
Detroit area, including the (now-hulk) Michigan Central Station.
- Our "Evening At
The Henry Ford" museum which we are taking over for
dinner and a free evening to explore the hundreds of railroad,
automotive, aircraft, and other historical displays, a very worthwhile
experience.
- Modern motor coach transportation to all off-property events.
Saturday, May 1:
- All of the speakers on our Saturday program.
- Our Swap Meet and an operating O-scale model NYC railroad layout.
- Our Annual Banquet, with Jim McClellan speaking on "The NYC: Was It
Relevant?"
- The Annual Meeting of members.
- Showing of several NYC movies on DVD.
Your full NYC2010MTG registration also gives you
no-cost entry to the
Southeastern Michigan, Central Ohio-Northern Div. S-Gaugers
Spring "S" Spree swap meet and show at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center
about a mile from the Hyatt. Their attendees have reciprocal np-cost entry to our Swap Meet.

Optional Rail/River Cruise
Sunday, May 2:
"Railroads From
The River" is an optional. add-on boat
cruise on the Detroit River giving us a look at present and past
railroad sites along the Detroit and Windsor river fronts, many of
which only can be seen by boat. This tour will be narrated by Ken
Borg who is well known in the railfan and rail history community in
Michigan.
This cruise, priced at $40.00/person before March 25,
$55.00 person after March 25,
is not included in the registration package, but
is a separate add-on option. Operation depends on our reaching the
required minimum number of participants by March 15.
